idk if any one has said this but leaving on product for longer than 25 mins starts to negate the positive effects it has and starts resulting in adverse effects. You can overload your hair and suffocate the cutiles by leaving rinse off products on for hours at a time

not mention when your hair is wet it breaks the hydrogen bonds leaving your hair vulnerable overall but leaving it wet with a mask in for hours is like a double whammy

Thanks angel❤️ yes I got them over the bonding just make sure you tell your ortho that you have that! It was the same exact process as people that don’t have bonding:) & I had a big overjet after I got my braces off the first time so we focused on that, I’m a lot happier with my smile now!
