Can't believe you thought I'm drowsy was a bad pill, I'd say it's one of the strongest useables in the game only behind Chaos card and maybe shield rune with tarot cloth. It makes any boss fight 100 times easier as most of the time the bosses tears fizzle out before even getting half way across the room. Makes Hush or Bosh Rush a real breeze. Still glad to see you're enjoying playing Isaac again.

You probably know this, but once you have beaten moms heart, with a character, you are free to use mods, and not worry about not making progress. I do not know if it is character specific, like you have to beat the heart with each character to avoid not making progress, but i thought you should know.
