O estúdio apresenta Phil Collins na bateria, e Oleta Adams faz um dueto com Roland Orzabal no vocal. Também é notável pela cantora Oleta Adams, que mais tarde viria a alcançar uma carreira solo de sucesso.
A música faz uma crítica à violência contra a mulher, contando a história de uma mulher que é vítima da agressividade de seu parceiro. A mãe de Orzabal era uma dançarina que sofria constantes agressões por parte de seu marido (pai do músico).
