For Asa's rap portion of the song keep in mind that she wrote the lyrics. Considering that Korean is her second language and English is her third, writing her rap in Korean is really impressive. Ep 1 - 4 was recorded in April 2022 and ep 5 - 8 was recorded in May 2022. They do 3 stages each month meaning that they do a solo, group song, and group dance. So when they were doing the BLACKPINK missions the reason that CHOICE37 told Pharita to give the part to Ahyeon it wasn't because he didn't think that she could do the part but it is the time and the strain that she was putting on her voice. She still had the solo song that also needed to be performed the same week that they did the group song mission. This was to make sure that each member had a shot at performing their best for their evaluations. The reason that we know that they perform the 3 stages is because of BLACKPINK talking about it in the documentary LIGHT UP THE SKY and in other interviews. So YG trainees are really trained from the beginning till when they debut being ready to be able to perform. That is the reason that they seem so polished when it comes to live performances and it goes the same for all YG artists.
