She was talking about what the word cupid meant in latin but the thing is, roman came after greek and his origional name is eros which basically means the same thing. And i think he was somehow the son of aphrodite. But no one ever remembers his original name of past because everybody just sees him as cupid or a little chubby baby with heart shaped arrows. And yes he did have wings but he wasnt an angel he was a god and he didnt shoot cringey heart shaped arrows from a bow. And he also fell in love with a mortal named Physche and she later became a goddess and his wife. ~edit: idk why i just said all of that... I became obsessed with learning greek/roman/norse/egyption mythology after reading Percy Jackson and Rick Riordans other books. ;-; And yes i know im a nerd. ;-;
