I love to see Rob hit one out of the park. By all means, he is 100% correct to educate them, and to suggest they may need to adjust their priorities, I just don't think arguing with clients is a good way to win friends and get future referrals. Sometimes he can kind of come across sounding like a brat, but he knows his stuff.

He does know his stuff but he's always so snarky and he's snarky to the point of rude in this one

I've noticed his snarky behavior on other episodes. I almost quit watching because of it. He can educate people in a much nicer manner. @@janetcormack923

The decor in these places reminds me of old yukky caravans. But they have to look past the decor and furniture and floors and make it their own. I loved it when Rob showed them a bedroom with 1980s bunks and told them it was the master bedroom 😂😂😂

Nothing is ever going to meet every expectation. If you want everything your way.. put that money into building it from the ground up!

He's annoyed you can tell. I don't blame him. People want more than they can afford.

These people want a 1.5M worth of property for 500k. I don't blame the agent for being fed up with them.

Typical, they want, they want, they want. Everyone does not have the same taste as you which you have to remember when you are buying

This couple is in denial. And refuses to listen to the agent. I would have told them sure I'll show you everything you want, but it's going to cost you another couple hundred thousand. Get real or get a new real estate agent

Rob's got a tough gig with these two! I totally understand not wanting to spend so much money on a home that doesn't cover their needs but their stone like faces and lack of imagination make for uncomfortable tv viewing!

They are handing out $ 500,000 , of course they are going to make comments on what is good or bad for them, l would totally be doing the same . That agent keeps saying it is all a good size on rooms that are clearly NOT a good size, l thought a lot of the rooms were small.
@nancyhebb92462 жыл бұрын
They want a property worth twice their budget. Totally unrealistic expectations. And if you want everything they want - a property that would cost $750,000 - $1 million - for $500,000, then you Are greedy/totally unrealistic.

Can't believe that's all you get for $500,000.
