that was very interesting and nice experience : the ever first with KAP transmission. started with some visions of dark and light and soon connected to my already awaken kundalini. That was inspired moving in such a gently way I never had after it was rising a month ago. all very calm and nourishment like 🐍 was meeting and interacting with a very good friend and hugging each other during the whole transmission. brought me a lot of joy and like bliss. I listened first the podcast some days ago and that was really interesting get to know about your spiritual journey background story as a seeker. That gave me the call and deep trust for more following your teachings as soon as possible .looking forward in 2025 on more regular level joining your zoom offers . Yes, it is a very different transmission than the Consciousness transmissions you've been receiving, and I look forward to you experiencing my Light Body Activation, as I have now evolved away from KAP, although those energies are still present. The evolution has been beautiful and profound for me, and leaving KAP has enabled more diverse and specific celestial energies to come through. fascinating to do it again and experience quiet diferent impact. knowing behind that you went away from doing kap transmissions for your personal reasons and growth. I was so curiuos to try it again for experience how energie flow does not go ever in the same direction. it is like we can't even revisit a favorit place, it's always a new visit. what came up today for me was like sitting in front of a dark cine screen before the movie starts, images of dark changed to colors of similar orange lightning, soft unvoluntary movements starts more like a prayer to the third eye, receiving, going through and pushing out the energy in that moving. the time of the transmission seems shorter . .I apreciate that this recordings on your account are a place that I can return when ever it's calling me. big thanks for that oportunity and for more and your lightbody activations on zoom so looking forward to have there a connection to join your transmissions. I am so amazed at how this works. I can clearly feel the energy moving through my body. It´s not always pleasant, it feels very strong, like something pulling me in, my body contracts for what it seems like a long time and then releases itself. I often get visions of something related to my life, for me something painful usually. Can I ask, how often can I receive this? Are there any contra indications. Thank you so much for this🙏

Hello dear... I'm so glad you watched and received! And what you have described is very normal. Part of this work and activating these energies is the purification process that comes with awakening.. and sometimes that brings a little pain, be it physical, mental or emotional. So, give it the attention it is asking for - it wants to be acknowledged and seen, and then allow it to flow through! The only barometer for how often to receive is your own inner guidance and reactivity. Your body/mind/heart will signal when enough is enough.. because generally some integration time is required. But if you feel generally good and uplifted and that you are gaining insight and clarity, go for it! I would also recommend you watch a couple of my Cosmic Consciousness transmissions and see how those feel for you. Different energies, slightly different process, same idea. And of course, if you'd like to join me live online sometime, that is always a different experience too. But luckily (and not by accident!) technology allows us to spread this light in this way... so continue to benefit!! xoxo

Hi Leena! I do a lot of work with other types of energies and one thing I have learned is that any container or no container does not matter. It’s all about intention. Of course KAP is a *beautiful* container which assists the process greatly and makes it that much easier for people. But ultimately, with this kind of thing technology is just a tool. There are many reasons! First off, different modalities use different music for different reasons. Soft music is beautiful to sooth the system and move into parasympathetic, quiet states. When awakening our energies, more upbeat music can be an extremely powerful tool. Many ancient tribes and civilizations have used the power of drumming, singling, rhythm and sound for this exact purpose... it opens our system. Music also hits our emotional centers, and because it is a direct result of creative energy, most people find it has the ability, usually on some subconscious level, to tap into their own creative life-force. I hope this begins to bring some clarity for you! ✨💫
