Less than .oooo1% who comment on monkey videos know anything about them but parrot propaganda put out by animal rights terrorists, who neither they, nor those making said negative comments, are able to substantiate as if fact. It is legal to have a pet dog. Kaka and Mit were confiscated because it is illegal to have a pet monkey. After 3 years of suffering, the first thing Kaka did was start walking on 4 legs.

I haven't seen this cute little monkey before and so I would like to know why there is a chain around his neck. There is no pacifier attached to it. I don't think it's safe for him.
