As mentioned earlier she is Juliard trained and got her start in musical theater (Godspell). She’s one of three vocalists in PMJs version of All About That Bass. She also teams up with Haley for a beautiful version of the Beatle’s “Dear Prudence”.

Morgan does an acoustics version of Dear Prudence by The Beatles. She sings with her fellow PMJ genius Haley Reinhardt accompanied by Morgan's husband on the guitar. It's out of this world. Keep up the awesome reactions.

Thanks for taking this one on Travis. Morgan is a class Act, now with a substantial catalogue of original material, and covers, since her days touring with PMJ and Haley. She even ran a project featuring female vocalists for songs from Jesus Christ Superstar, and sings through the entire Beatle's White Album in one sitting. Some personal favourite covers to listen to are "Dear Prudence" (duet with Haley), "I'm Not the Only One", "Take Me To Church", and "Sledgehammer". And _any_ of her Aretha Franklin covers.

Several people have mentioned "Take Me to Church". For something a little faster in tempo, she does "Maps", and I believe she is the singer on "Barbie Girl" (it's been a long time since I've seen that one). Don't neglect the fellas of PMJ. "Not the Only One " and "Stacy's Mom" featuring Casey Abrams are fun, and since it's spooky season, "Thriller" featuring Wayne Brady is worth checking out.

Morgan is a completely under apperciated ( not to PMJ fans ) vocal dynamo !! She spent 10 yrs pounding the streets of NYC trying to make an impression on Broadway, it didn't work out. She's been doing her own thing ever since.😎👌

Whenever I see reactions like this, there is never any mention of the real star of these productions. That would be Scott Bradlee(pianist/arranger), who is the mastermind behind PMJ. He's never produced a bad cover; some of which I think are much better than the originals.

Anything she does is great, as usual I'm a day late so you may not see this, but in case you do, try Morgan along with Marc Broussard singing Aretha's "Do Right Woman" that is a side of her in a much different light. I loved the the casual setting & just a guitar for backing the vocals of two of my favorite artists, hope you enjoy also.

Great reaction, Travis! As others have mentioned, PMJ's All About the Bass is awesome, and has both Morgan and Haley, as well as Ariana Savalas and Casey Abrams - super fun! Other great ones are PMJ with Morgan doing Maps, and PMJ with Haley doing - well, anything with Haley, really! Another amazing singer you might want to check out is Eva Cassidy. I've been obsessed with reactions to this song because it moved me SO MUCH when I heard it the first time. My face / brain was the same as yours throughout... "WHAT AM I HEARING? THIS IS.... WHAT AM I HEARING? I think that for a cover this is better than the original beause it reinvents the song in a different way while still respecting and presenting the full power of the song. The only other song that I had thoughts like "Can this be better than the original?" is the Pentatonix / Lindsey Sterling version of Radioactive." I would LOVE to see your reaction to that.

Juilliard trained as an Opera singer. Did Broadway instead. Shifted from Broadway to Pop/Jazz type singing. Here's an interesting way to get up to speed. During the initial Pandemic lockdown last year she sat at home and put out multiple singing performances every day for over a month (it's almost 100 performances). Completely unedited aurally. In other words, stripped-back versions, live recorded (they probably did multiple takes and used the best one). Just go to her channel, look at the videos from that period, and pick your favorite songs. They'll ALL be good. 100 or so live songs, and every last one good. You'll know its the right spot in her backlog of videos, because you'll suddenly see a whole massive area of thumbnails of her singing next to one guy (her husband) with a guitar.

Haley Reinhart News: as of last night, she's got a really unusual new video out on her channel ("Off the Ground"). Its VERY different from her PMJ stuff, so might be an interesting viewing for you. She's coming up in the world, because the video was directed by Robert Rodriguez. As in the guy who did videos for Lady Gaga and Demi Lovato, as well as movies like Spy Kids, Sin City, etc.

As you wander through the wonderful and somewhat bizarre world of PMJ, you will find another familiar moniker - that of one Mario Jose who, outside the PMJ worked on two different Pulse tributes "Rise" and one that he led, a foursome with three of his friends singing "You Will Be Found" from Dear Evan Hansen. Isn't it wonderful how these things start coming around from the other side and reconnecting somewhere else altogether?
