I can imagine, a couple decades from now, three generations of women in your family trying out puerh teas. Drinking and enjoying tea can be as much a family tradition as cultivating and processing tea leaves.

Ripened Puer is definitely sweet to me. Idk how to describe its sweetness. To me it seems like the reminiscence of sweet and savory. The memory of the flavor

One old Chinese tea cultivator said: "bitterness is fine, sweetness comes after it." Couldn't be more true in case of Shu Puer, I might be able to find that video
