Thank you for this video. It was really interesting. I´ve always wondered whether it is better to pry out some leaves of a pu erh cake with a tea needle or a tea knife. After this video for me it looks more gently with a needle. Does a needle even works if a pu erh cake is extremely tightly pressed?

Oca Ocani Yes, it works. You can pry from the edge of a cake and find the loose part.
