...... opening so many ports in order for this scenario to work is a security risk of it's own. Why don t you establish a VPN connection between these two routers and afterwards do whatever needs to be done to the PBX configuration. It also uses udp which is unencrypted protocol by default. Shouldn't t TLS be used instead?
