Tech Tip Tuesday THE MATRIX PLUS by AudioControl

WOAH!! You guys made my day!! I have a pioneer AVH-W4400NEX and had this matrix plus sitting on a shelf gathering dust but I wanted to add another amplifier for a total of 4 in my car and didn’t think this would help as the pioneer puts out a clean 4.5v supposedly. BOY was I wrong seeing this video! I will definitely test out the pioneer’s signal and voltage and do the same with the matrix plus. I also learned thanks to this video about NOT messing with putting the pioneer EQ above 0db. I was curious though, I have a quality external EQ with 7 adjustable frequencies, would that be the right place to play with the EQ frequencies versus the head unit’s EQ?
