How can someone possible think painting white over that beautiful red brick house was a good idea.
@SheilaSpencer19 ай бұрын
Brick is man-made; not a building material with natural beauty like stone. Painting over brick is just a personal color preference. I personally hate red brick; I would've painted it too.

10:36 You should never push dust into a coil from the side it enters. The point is to push it out of the coil. Vacuum it off first, then flip it over and push out the remaining from the clean side. Doing it as shown will compact it and turn it into mud where the tubing meets the fins. Compacted mud decreases the heat transfer by acting as a thermal insulator. By the time you see that much dust, the coil is plugged 1/3 of the way through. Their approach may be ok on a thin coil, but on thicker ones, you're always creating an unnecessary heat transfer problem each time you push the dirt deeper in.
@user-487638 ай бұрын
Sorry I use google translate. This appears to be cooling fins, not a coil. And using high-pressure water is a common method for cleaning them.

Why did they melt a chunk of lead that was already heart-shaped into a heart-shaped mold?
@CharlieTheGoat2.02 ай бұрын
I think it was used as a demonstration of what they do. For example, at Sovereign Hill in Australia, they have one bar of gold, and they do demonstrations and film videos of them remaking it after they have melted it down. In this case, I think they have it open to the public and show them how they do it, resulting in a heart shape, then melt it down again to show the next people.

@SmokeandSpirit6 ай бұрын
If it was an antirust treatment it'd make plenty of sense, but its clearly rusted to hell. The paint wont stick to the shaft, but the rust itself. It wont last 2 years. Whats the point of a paint job without surface prep. 😂 Course bearings also dont work great covered in paint either. Though little about the job appears thought out. at least sand it and wipe it down while its turning too. He'd probably asphyxiate before though.
