Based on personal experience - I found build quality top-notch in this scooter but 1. The suspension is so rigid which makes long rides a little tough. 2. Company provides no free services i.e. even the first service is charged and estimate of one service is near about Rs.2500 +. 3. Battery life is low as compare to other EV vehicles in market. 4. We can't charge it without earthing enabled plug - which costs more than Rs. 3000. 5. Booking is for more than 30Days.
