I bought this more than a year ago, and as a graphic designer,I print a sg*t load of stuff, and honest to god, the only time I topped up (not REFILL) a colour,was the black ink. This is honestly the best printer I have ever owned. Never a connection issue (although Bluetooth can be twitchy), but all in all...HP....well done guys. Damn well done.

i think the print is bad because you chose photo paper while not using one. If you chose normal paper, the print would be better.

@@dd5396 This printer is really bad, it just wont take the first sheet of paper and you have to waste it every single time you want to print. the "wireless" capability is really poor and is a pain in the bass to get it working properly. I just trew it on the garbage and got a real printer

don't buy this machine, you will suffer with ink pipe bubble and u will be missing color in printout or sometime printing blank paper, every time you will have run to technical service. more than print you will spend time in clearing printhead and air bubbles in pipe.

Don't blame the product if you don't how to print images in good quality. If I compare it to canon ink tank printers it's much more better in low price range and in photo glossy prints gives you correct tone vibrant colors, and don't forget it even include a USB cable not like canon crap it even not included

The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.

Your Video was absolutely perfect to help me on the first phase . The only issue is that probably my expectation were a bit too high and I was imaging a super east smart way to use this printer.
