Things I love about this entire series: 1. You're using a good mic 2. The quality of(and effort put into) the illustrations are amazing. 3. Your English is clear and understandable And most of all, you're great at explaining! Thank you!

I don't think even in universities they teach at such a basic level. Perfect for students with no exposure to semiconductors. Could see lots of effort and reading of standard textbooks to have a crystal clear concepts. Keep up the good work. I sincerely thank you for the videos you made my concepts clear which i couldn't get even after reading books.

Also, in 7:50, the rho L/A resistance is it numerically sufficient to be assumed as 1/gm (as the gm*Vin passes wholly through that...)?

Really nice , just a doubt that you said channel is formed at a voltage of Vgs-Vt but isnt Vt the minimum voltage required to create the channel? I mean I still dont get the use of overdrive voltage,its just an extra voltage left after channel creation so what is its actual significance?

Thank you Srinadh Shaik for the comment! Analog circuits started, where we'll cover small signal, Amplifiers and so on. Concerning to Electronic Devices, Depletion MOSFET and IC Technology will be done by the time Analog circuits is complete. I hope you are watching the playlist: kzbin.info/aero/PL311CA3047EB6EC58

Sir, thank you for amazing video explanation. But, I have a doubt. At 7:57 sec, when we apply a small voltage at drain terminal. The np depletion should get reverse biased at d and no current should flow(even if drift current flows due to minority carrier, it would be small). I am bit confused with it. Can you please help me clear the concept.

thnx for your clear explanation....but would you plz tell me @ 5:54 you said there should be a depletion region under the inversion region (not due to the drain or source).......plz explain the reason behind that...

also plz explain the depletion charge whether it's positive or negative??

Why aren't you using black screen you used before? Great video anyways
@techgurukula5 жыл бұрын
Hi Girija, Thank you for taking time and asking this question. with the previous setup, the way of making videos was restrictive and uncomfortable for me. Moved to this setup recently. Relatively better, but my hands block good amount of screen. do you think the previous videos were better in terms of making?
