if there is a forbidden area in the bandgap, how the Fermi energy is in the middle of that gap?

Fermi energy level is kind of average energy level, it may or may not fall in the real energy levels range. In this case, it is in the forbidden energy range - over which there cannot be any carriers.

The effective mass of holes> effective mass of electron right ? Then si would be case 1

For intrinsic semiconductor Nc=Nv then how will you take these three cases. In this semiconductor how you take Nc>Nv and Nc

Hey man... it looks like you don't understand well. There is nowhere described that Nc=Nv in case of intrinsic semiconductor.
