This figure helps in designing cooling solutions but doesn’t necessarily reflect the maximum power the CPU will draw in every scenario, When you tested the CPU at 100% usage and saw a maximum power draw of 58W, that’s a more realistic measure of the power the CPU is consuming in your specific system configuration.
