Like Deepak I had assumed lots of happy memories from childhood, but... tears mate, just a sense of loss and loneliness. Yet I do feel a little more focused!

this is now my go to meditation. I can do it quickly anywhere and it works every time for my anxiety and ADHD. Sad that people make so much about other people instead of focusing on the good of the message.

You gotta try this 3.5 min Deepak Chopra meditation. I have been feeling depressed, anxious, unable to get things done. I was looking for a 5 min meditation, came across this video. Tip: When he says, 'now think of 'xxxxxx', pause the video for as long as you want to include all the thoughts/memories you want to include, then press pause to continue. I was enjoying this throughout, and by the end, the negative emotions felt beforehand were 100% replaced with a floating feeling of peace, comfort, and love. I kept video paused at the end to maintain the quiet while I luxuriated in these new emotions. Other Commentors report similar experiences, except for those who didn't think to pause video each time Deepak said to think of 'this' or 'that'. It's been about 20 mins now after meditation and still feel the same lovely feelings from before.

Jesse + Tiger, Agreed. The guy is good at all the meditation stuff, and as long as we stick with that I think we'll do fine. There's a certain amount of horseshit to his whole operation, and the occasional horrid little igot of dishonesty, e.g. all his pretentious quantum nonsense, but what the hell, relax, David. At least he's not trying to tell us to makemoneyfast.

Crazy how emotional a 3 minute video can make someone. Something he said made me realize that external stimulus and the thoughts it manifests is not who a person is. You exist underneath all of that.

This brief meditation was exceptional. This morning, I used it in our morning Mindfulness class I lead. It could have been largely coincidence, but I am convinced of the healing energy of deepak's mindfulness video here, as our center had just a magnificent day . Set the day off right with good energy. I realized later in my adult life that I could "meditate" when I was a kid.....age 5 or 6. My parents would have really ugly violent fights and it frightened me. I would go in my room, shut the door and stare at the ceiling. Suddenly I would BE up near the ceiling looking down at myself.....very peaceful. This was natural to me at the time. Now I am 67. I have been trying to learn to meditate for decades. (many books and self help tapes at the time). Reached that "state" accidentally a couple times. This meditation of Deepak Chopra's is a beginning for me....I can feel it....I will build on it. Any insights or suggestions would be much appreciated. ❤️🔥👍

That was my experience of being raped. Floating over my body during the rape. Weird thing is that my cousin describes the same experience of floating over her body while being raped. I don’t know what this is called but it seems to be some kind of unconscious coping mechanism associated with trauma.

It sounds like you had an NDE in very early childhood/infancy. 🎉To release that easily. (Out of body up in the ceiling). This is a rare gift . It tuned you into the palpable connection with Source, God, Love. I would find an expert in this field and unpack those early memories. People rarely spontaneously leave their bodies like that. If it wasn’t an NDE, then it was an act of mercy by your loving Maker. To spare you from unthinkable trauma. That happens too; being removed from a traumatic event but not dying. Those are my thoughts. I am only recently exploring these phenomena ~. I am a death doula, a midwife to the dying . I need to know about the nature of life outside of these soul suits so I can offer hope to my clients. Hope this offers insight . Namaste❤

I wish this meditation gave a little more time to sit with his instructions, I felt like there wasn't enough time to think about my name let alone all my current anxieties. This meditation felt more like instructions to complete on your own than a real-time meditation exercise.

Mr.Deeoak chopra invented a dream Weaver meditation device which works perfectly......Nobody can compete him in the market......Some people are think that it's illusion.......tats their negative side of attitude....be positive always buddies.....Iam working with government of India for the development of prototype in to a mareket product......I have seen such a wonderful device of Mr.Deepak chopra which improves our concentration power, reduces mental stresses.....

Glad I’m not the only one crying about childhood stuff. I’m not 100% sure why though? Finished with the meditation and just...still crying. Wow. Insight is welcome

I do not know him, so I can't say good or bad things about. If you think he is a lier why are you here then? Now it's the first time I have watched this meditation and it helped me to sleep again when I have woken up at 0.03
