How to Fix ‘Connection Problem or Invalid MMI Code’ Error on Android

MMI codes are special sequences of numbers that start with a star (*) or hash (#) and are used to access various functions or information on your smartphone. For example, entering *#06# on a GSM phone will display the model and serial number of the phone.

I faced the same issue and solved after applying a KZbin suggestion. Dial *#21# , this will say "MMI code started" and a popup will come, click OK. After this step the problem should be fixed as it happened with my phone.

When I try to do it there is no comma on my dial.

Hold down the * and it will add a comma for you
