زبردست جگار پیش کرنے کا شکریہ۔ میں نے سیلنڈر کے پائپ کو پائلٹ کے سپلائی سے جوڑ دیا اور فلحال 2 کلو گیس ڈال کر صبح 4-5 گھنٹے سلنڈر کا گیس پائلٹ کے لئے استعمال کررہا ہوں اور اس دوران پورے دن کے لئے پانی ا چھا خاصا گرم ہو جاتا ہے۔ اس سیٹنگ کے لئے چند احتیاط کرلیں 1. سلنڈر میں ریگولیٹر لگا دیں جس سے گیس کا پریشر کم ہوگا ۔ 2. پلاسٹک پائپ کے بجائے گیس سپلائی والا پائپ استعمال کریں 3. تھرموسسٹیٹ کے پائلٹ کے پائپ کے سوراخ کو بند کرنے کے لئے اس کے سائز کا بولٹ نہیں ملا۔ جس کے لئے میں نے دوسرے بولٹ میں دھاگہ اور ٹیفلن ٹیپ چڑھا کر اس بولٹ کو فکس کردیا اور اب وہاں سے گیس نہیں آرہی۔

Sir, this is not safe. If pilot flame turns off due to any reason (possible at any time) , the combustion chamber of geyser will be filled with LPG after some time. When some body will try to re-fire the pilot, this accumulated LPG will burn instantaneously causing severe burning. Remember, LPG has 2.5 times more heat content than natural gas. Take extreme care dealing with it.

Aoa, it's a great idea. I tried it and all instructions were so easy to understand that I did it without help. However, this method consumes about 1kg gas per day and with lpg prices so high it wasn't feasible. Still, much jazakallah to the brother for his ideas and all the effort it took to educate and share it with us all.

However I'll suggest that a "flashback arresting device/Non-return valve" should be made part of "LPG supply line" (With arrow directing away from cylinder) for safety and security reasons. @@ayazfarrukh4690 LPG flash back arrestor is available in Pakistan(and some of the valves fitted on cylinder top do have as built in integral part) The purpose is to stop the flame back sucking into LPG cylinder and most of the Petroleum Refinery and industrial set ups only permit /allow LPG cylinder usage only if flashback arresting device is installed. Actually LPG cylinder pressure changes/varies with weather conditions/atmospheric temperature and if the cylinder pressure becomes too low flames can get sucked back into the cylinder and blast/explosion and fire possibilities do exist. Thanks again! It's just a precautionary advice for everyone's Life and Health safety and security!

That’s why all the precautionary measures are required and printed on the geyser as well. While I agree that the chances are low in the outdoor environment of gas accumulation but still you have to appreciate the viewers concerns instead of calling it ‘bs’ pls!!

Easy solution hay iska bhi. Connect a second thermostat with with the cyclinder pilot and provide pilot gas through that. Uska apna push button aur safety system hoga Jo cylinder gas ko off kr de ga hawa se bhujne par.

Sir your video are very good and practical but this jugar not recommended, dangerous as many viewers suggested lpg flame going off, it becomes a potential bomb. 2nd lpg cylinder never to be used without regulator as shown in video you used a simple nozzle. Because cylinder have very high pressure slight touch of pressure knob will give very high flame may burn geyser and blast pipe.
