Well , I remeber a similar incidence , where I went for their interview process Tech Mahindra held in Ambattur ,Chennai for customer support role . They made me to wait for long hours and conducted the interview at 5pm .Then they told me that , they will inform me when Iam selected . But I was on my way back and they called me . I took my interview at my home town and the interviewer was being rude to me . Don't work in this kind of companies guys

Worst employeers in tech Mahindra I too faced this type of harrasment and forced to do work . While I am trying to relieve the company because of my father was in hospital due to leg injury and very serious condition it's operation time even I explained clearly still they didn't give me a 1 day leave also and also I worked 2 months also Even they didn't give single day leave to see my father and last I put the releive letter and still they forced to take back the letter and the assistant manager said like this : what suppose you are doing a govt job are you going to resign 2. What if you are in abroad are you ready to resign This type of questions are aksing friends very cruel and cunning minded persons are doing in this AM and high position

I tried to share evidence but no support for me I fought alone. At the end they win. They use legal power , Political power and also the local police. I Already Move one from this but it still has an impact for me because where I went for an interview and telling my story every Scared to higher me. It seems like Maximum Private has the Same type of working culture. So After spending 6 Years in Bpo I have moved on to RPO which made my experience Zero. Moving is not easy for everyone. Life is Chill is possible only for the person who has no responsibility.

What is the harassment here? I could understand that there could be some issue with respect to termination but HR kept saying that prior discussion was happened and employee disagreed to certain points. Now company has taken call to terminate the employee and any company can terminate so unless entire story is told it is too harsh to call it as harassment.
