I called to report someone breaking into my home. I have pictures and the police officer actually wanted to investigate the address to check on the house, like a ghost is doing these odd things in my house while I'm away. Said he will not pull the camera footage from neighbor nor will there be a subpoena to get one. I asked for a copy of the report and he said there won't be one. And by the grace of God I have the whole conversation recorded .

If there's no obvious suspect - ie if you are not in an abusive relationship or have split up recently with a partner who could be responsible, I'm sorry to suggest that you might be suffering from 'gang-stalking' which is becoming more and more common. I am a victim of this organised and COVERT crime, and one of the things the perpetrators do is break into 'victims' homes while they are out. Look up 'Targeted Individual's and 'Gang-stalking' on KZbin for more information. I sincerely hope that you are NOT a victim of this and that there's another explanation for your house break-in, because being a victim of this COVERT crime is the worse imaginable thing that can happen to anyone 😥.

What do you do when you actually have all the proof youve been gathering for a year, but in your small city, the stalker & his family are related to police, judges & are in a religious organization, so the ywca, lawyers, FBI & all police districts, brush you off, ignore you, refuse to even take retainer to simply help you present the proof, & the stalker is currently keeping constant surveillance, making messages & even important legal files on laptop, conveniently dissapear after they have been caught stalking by victim w/ wittnesses. The most ive been told now by everyone in my entire state of washington is, "ignore him!" & "represent yourself in court!". We are a family, kids involved, living in fear for 12yrs after divorce of only 1 man & no one will help me present all that has been gathered online, now paper, kept in a safe place & has been seen/sent to people of authority as well, but we are not being assisted to get the dangerous individual locked up in a facility or atleast protection order to prevent him from finally killing me? He now sporadically stands at my job & stares at me for 15mins straight, im told by police that since its public property for the city, he can do that. I needed him arrested years ago, yet no one in my city will take my case.

Are there any women's centres or shelters in your area? They might be more trustworthy and have a reliable reputation already with the police so if they think your case is serious then maybe the police will listen. Always trust your gut though, as to whether it feels right for you or not.

32:50 in a civil restraining order case, I presented a video and the written transcript. The judge listened and could read along on the transcript. This was regarding someone under a civil restraining order in violation of the restraining order initiation contact and chasing across the street and making death threats. The Judge accepted the video but denied the transcript. And he gave me no way to submit the video to the court (so it was viewed in court by cross council, the judge and court) to evidence. I spent many hours getting every single work precise in a four minute video. It was verbatim. I worked in corporate legal departments previously. It appeared on many counts the Judge was prejudicial and slanted the defendants clear financial and political advantage to make the playing field even more unfair. It seemed the Judge was doing his best but he definitely wasn’t aiming for justice.

Ho bisogno di aiuto, per questa persona che mi sta rovinando, tutta la vita. Lei è veramente quella che ho detto. Quando , hanno iniziato a farmi questo tutti insieme, dicevano che lo facevano per togliermi tutto e per farmi morire. Continuano ad arrivarmi pagamenti che non sono miei, perché lei fa questo. Arrivata, giù dalla scala, siccome loro sono lì, ancora la mia voce, ed anche in cantina.. Loro mi registrano, ovunque... Aiutatemi a fare finire questa agonia... Mi stanno prendendo tutto...
