hello yes the syllabus of cfso and TO are similar level of questions of part a reasoning-easy -can be studied from any youtube channel just see the syllabus and study only that topic computer -moderate--just do computer awareness by arihant english -easy -if you are from cbse medium -no book-but if you still need -plinth to paramount vol.1 general aptitude -tough-lucent (but will take hell lot of time) so my advice do ssc cgl 50 previous years paper i will also bring a detailed strategy and booklist video soon do watch and subscribe
