(Excellent video) A CLUTCH??!!! Seriously?! It would take anyone used to riding any motorcycle a mere 10 mins of riding to find not having a clutch is a *huge* improvement on having one... and it avoids all that nonsense about having to maintain it.

Thinking of getting one for myself and giving the Oset 24R to my son. Electric bikes are just good fun, without worry of causing concern to others. The fun my sone and i have on ours, which is on our channel is just brill.

Dont you like pedal E MTBs? Maybe to start with a e-MTB can be a smart move. The Bulls E-Core EVO EN Di2 is awesome in its price range among the pricier carbon e MTBs. Its not the same purpose and power out put/range but it costs almost half the price of a E-Pure Race or a KTM FreeRide EXC.

Does it have adjustable regen for “engine” braking? Most electric will just roll which is quite unnerving at first but teaches you to carry momentum

It was really awesome to ride, it handled like a 'normal' bike. I doesn't do regenerative braking from my understanding but there is engine braking. It was really easy to get use to it as it felt normal 💓

If it has any element of engine braking then the controller would be set for regen. Tesla and Alta ( Mx bike ) have this as an user programmable option. Bmw i3 have it as standard so if you drive very gently you don’t actually need the brakes. Other than no clutch the weirdest thing to get used to is the bike just rolling at full speed when the throttle is chopped but you soon adapt you riding style to suit

@@TheGirlOnABike and is it really comparable to a 300? Riding wise? I'm split between this and a gas gas 300 as my first trials bike, the best part is the absence of noise and engine maintenance but I wouldn't like to get a big toy but a toy nonetheless.
