Around periphery we can provide ground beam then after it is not necessary to provide plinth beam.Only inside areas we can provide plinth beam. And above ground beam we can construct brick masonry upto inside plinth beam level. Waiting for answer to my dought.

Sir I have a question or wana go to Little further. Will it be right or not? Ground beams means beams made in the level of ground but I foresee the problem of mice or rats making holes or tunnel in the ground level for they excavate the soil from below the house So if I make a ground beams one or two feet below the ground level. What would be the technical problem?

That brick wall called curtain wall. I provided road fronting half portion on plinth beam and back of that i provide ground beam and portuin used for semi bacement parking.. as ground level is 5 ft below from plinth.. and later i managed that level differance and taken benefit with mezanine floor. With that down flr.

Ground beam Natural Ground Level (NGL) per dena chahiye aur plinth beam Plinth level per. NGL matlab, footing trench jis level se excavate karna shuru kiya tha wo ya phir naturally jis level per apka plot tha wo level.
