रमन मान ऑर्गेनिक खेती को बढ़ावा देने के लिए किसानों की मार्केटिंग में सहायता कर रही हैं रमन मान चंडीगढ़ की रहने वाली हैं इनका अपना बिजनेस है लेकिन साथ ही यह किसानों की भलाई के लिए बहुत काम कर रही है ऑर्गेनिक खेती करने वाले किसानों की सबसे बड़ी समस्या है कि उन्हें सही मार्केट नहीं मिलता मार्केटिंग की समस्या खत्म करने के लिए रमन मानने चंडीगढ़ में एक स्थान पर ऑर्गेनिक मंडी लगवा दी ऑर्गेनिक खेती करने वाले किसान इस मंडी में आते हैं और यहीं पर उपभोक्ता भी आते हैं दोनों सीधे मिलने के कारण किसानों को अच्छी मार्केट मिल गई है और उपभोक्ताओं को सही ऑर्गेनिक प्रोडक्ट मिल रहे हैं रमन मान के प्रयासों से यह मंडी पिछले 5 सालों से लगातार काम कर रही है चंडीगढ़ में यह मंडी सुख नाले के पास और साइडिंग क्लब के सामने फॉरेस्ट विभाग के एक पार्क के सामने लगाई जाती है हर शनिवार को लगने वाले इस मंडी में करीब 40 किसान भाग लेते हैं और आप भी यहां से ऑर्गेनिक प्रोडक्ट खरीदने के लिए जा सकते हैं क्योंकि इससे किसानों का भला होगा और आपको शुद्ध उत्पाद मिलेंगे|
A woman who is running her own business is also helping farmers who is practicing natural farming or organic farming. She helps the farmers to establish a market to sale their product directly to the consumers. She contacted to higher authority to provide a place for Organic farmer where they can sell their product she got success 5 year back she found a place near Sukhna lake in Chandigarh for farmers where they can demonstrate their products at every Saturday from 9 to 3 p.m. lots of consumers come here and purchase organic products directly from the farmers this is successful model to connect the farmers and Consumers directly. This is the Real solution of Farmers. MSP and subsidies are the root cause of Punjab’s farm crises which farmers are fighting to keep them. It is a vicious rice-wheat cycle that needs to be broken. Only 6%-7% farmers from few states are benefitted from MSP. When there is floor price-MSP, there is surplus production. Since only wheat and rice have actual meaning to MSP, it leads to excessive production and surplus of wheat and rice in Punjab and Haryana. These excessive grains are then purchased by Food corporation of India at a minimum guaranteed price. Due to excess stock piling up- financing, storage, transportation and other cost goes up. Food corporation of India then dumps the excess stock in an open market (Mandis) at a much lower prices which put massive loss to FCI in thousand crores rupees. This not only creates financial burden on the government but also cause shortage of other essential grains in the market making them more expensive and scarcer. MSP has also led to environmental damage in Punjab and Haryana and caused depletion of water table, reduction in quality of soil and water pollution due to excessive use of chemicals. Economists agree that India’s agricultural sector needs reforms for water intensive crops like wheat and rice as Punjab is heading toward desertification in 1-2 decades. I am not against or in favour of farmers protest. All the political parties are just doing the politics. Government agencies with the experts from agricultural sectors should do research and find the long term solution. Top Soil of Punjab and Haryana is contaminated with toxic chemicals Which causes Cancer . Produce from these soil is full of toxins.Lots of Farmers are suffering from Cancer and are Dieng, committing sucide is just tip of iceberg ( also not a small number) Consumers are also effected. We need long term solution for all the farm sector. Farm leaders farmers with the support of government should firm cooperatives at villages or tehsil levels. Farmers should be encouraged toward organic farming, by creating co-op system. I can give hundreds of examples like Amul of India is among top 20 diary company in the world, and Amul co op is owned by almost 36 Laks milk producers, and earning higher income from their produce . 24 Mantra Indian organic ( This company is only 7 years old) have organized 45,000/ farmers and with the help of these farmers 2,25,000/- acres of land is under organic farming. These farmers income have increased dramatically. Most of these farmers are in Andhra Pradesh, and other states as well. There are so many other companies are doing the same types of model. Organic produce contains more proteins and amino acids. Organic grazed cow's milk contains High good fatty acids and more vitamins. Very few farmers in Punjab and Haryana doing organic farming, but these are not marginal farmers and they have other sources of income. If co op are created in Punjab and other states of India this revolution can change the lives of Farmers and consumers as well. Lots of diseases in India in particular is because of toxic food. Diseases like cancer,kidney failures,DNA and RNA disorders like Rehmotoid Arthritis etc. are on the rise poor People and farmers are affected most. We should be concerned about future generations, Our generation chapter will be over within the span of 20 , 30 or 40, years may be. But what kind of future we will be leaving for future generations. In my opinion, leaders wether they belong to ruling party or opposition parties, or farmers leaders, these all organizations are interested in politics, no one is discussing the real issues and real solutions. Very unfortunate. This is my view , I do not go by media or statements of any leader. Media all over the world does not give news they always give views because they are interested in making money and always work for some agenda. I have yet to see any media which work for human race or are worried about the green house. In future( Time is not very far away) this change of weather will change crop pattern because of change in temperature , floods, high speed winds etc.

No! New farm laws aren't about this in anyway. They aim at opening the farm sector without any facilitating mechanisms. Here again you can see for yourself how the initiative has been pushed around with negligible government support in fact the indifference is apparent. This is Chandigarh which is a UT, under direct control of Home Ministry; which has a BJP MP and a BJP controlled MC. Sorry this is not what the farm bills are about.
