Cross zone load balancing is available according to AWS documentation. "The nodes for your load balancer distribute requests from clients to registered targets. When cross-zone load balancing is enabled, each load balancer node distributes traffic across the registered targets in all enabled Availability Zones. When cross-zone load balancing is disabled, each load balancer node distributes traffic only across the registered targets in its Availability Zone." Please update the video if it is a new feature.

Really helpful tutorial. But I have one question: How Internet GateWay, Route Table, NACL, Security Group comes into the picture when a request comes to VPC from outside and hit the ELB? Is it passing in below orders: First request comes to VPC, next Internet GateWay, next NACL, next Security Group, next ELB and finally EC2 instance?.. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Yes, The Load balancer is region-specific and one region can have more than one Availability zones (AZ). In short, lab 59 is made in the same region so that it is possible. I hope you got your answer...Happy learning..!!
