Correction required at 21:00 minutes. HLR doesn't store Name, address etc. HLR just store the MSISDN, IMSI, Auth keys, supplementary services and barring etc. Name, address and other details are stored in CRM system which is not part of core networks. Plan details are stored in Billing system or IN system.
