Why we Indians or India don't have its own ISP like we can understand that the main ISP is in USA, California so why we don't have that ISP in India...."means USA owns Internet and USA provides Internet to the whole world but why India can't provide Internet..... For example "if tomorrow we go to war with USA or if India is not Allie of USA then it can cut the line of Internet to India and India will go to black-out of Internet..... Like we have seen in North Korea when Sony got cyber attack from N. Korean hackers..... Now we all know Internet is a network which was not invented for commercial purposes but invented for military communication and many other inventions like GPS was not made for commercial purposes but today we use Internet and GPS........
