Bhai, be careful while showing cash . As per Section 269ST, any person who enters into a transaction of Rs 2 Lakh or above in cash, will be liable to a penalty of an amount equal to transaction amount !

he is not liable to pay a penalty unless the amount is for a fraud transaction.. he can simply register the amount at rto and convert it to white after paying 30% tax

Imagine, I exchanged alto 800 2014 for a swift cng VXI. Selling alto, lord alto (pahado ki rani) was heartbreaking. My 12 year old dog who grew up with my alto died just 2 days after I sold alto! I was broken 💔 I sometimes talk with my swift and blame it for all separation and heartbreak 😅but it's a wonderful car bhai

You should not handover unless it is officially transferred by RTO which takes 15 days Recently in a case original owner was made liable for accident done by the buyer because the documenta were submitted in RTO but car was not officially transferred
