Does it will happen only in the yellow wire lose or the black also

Yellow is for internet Black is for power If PWR light is green....it means power has no issue If PON light is green it means internet connection has no problem if PON is red or off, internet has issue and it has nothing to do witu black wire generally. Work on yellow. if LOS is blinking, try all these normal methods or contact your internet provider Hope it helps
