This is true. My father had switched to BSNL, now he is extremely eager for switching back to airtel or Jio. Reason is too bad network of BSNL, no internet even in metro cities (Kolkata and Delhi). UPI app doesn't work in BSNL because of bad network. I cannot be able to connect my father in BSNL SIM because it does not connect even it is having full network! Maybe it required another 10-15 years to match Jio or airtel in network quality. Lastly the customer service of the Govt employes of BSNL! sorry no comment......., they may get offended.

I have ported my VI Sim to BSNL & used it for 6 months. The network was not stable even in city, like it provides great speed for some time, then again get downs even I am getting full network. Last month I was shifted, where I got the H+ with full signal, still the speed was not good. They are saying to install tower in rural areas, but even after multiple complaints I am not getting any resolution to network in my village, where even calls can't be connected through BSNL. That's why I ported to Airtel.

Sahi kaha bhai… BSNL ka kuch nahi hona wala. VoLTE launch karne ke baad network aur v faltu ho gaya hai. 5 month jhelne ke baad yesterday maine jio mai wapas port kara liya.
