we should add relay on every server or not, can we add server using existing relay

Relay is just for distribution of update so don’t enable all server as relay. If number of managed servers are less then one or two relay also works well. Check the product requirement guide to know how many relay are required as per your infrastructure.

How to configure particular region endpoints replay only from specific relay server ?

Configure another relay server and add that relay server in every computer. That's it.

My relay server is not getting update from proxy internet, i checked proxy and firewall log but there is not blockage. i am not able to find the problem. please help me...
