A big thanks to you Ajay, I am rejected by Accenture and Jman group recently at on campus drive , even though I am one of good programer in our batch , my interview and other assessments went well but somehow I couldn't make it. Everyone expected that I'm gonna make it definitely. But I couldn't. I don't know . I need advice. I am working in a small IT company here in my town and my profile is software developer trainee. But i don't feel like i am trainee, they directly give me the bugs and issue that the client is facing with the software to me and ask me to solve it, they expect me to know each and every thing from code to DB and deveops etc. And i am feeling very low right now.
