And all Classes can run CC W. I use 5 Watts QRP CW to a Vertical, and usually get AK, ND, HI, both coasts, VE's, and DX. I recommend Tail-Ending if there's a pile up.

please consider running 100 watts during contests. it makes it hard for the operators to hear you. yeah, it's cool that you can talk long distances on 5 watts, BUT...always remember, "Life Is Too Short For QRP."

I wonder why Technicians haven't been granted access to the FM frequencies in the 10-meter band. I have a friend in Mississippi who can hit the 29.620 (29.520 input) repeater in New York when the band is open.

It is how they try to get you and others to upgrade your license. The FM repeaters are very active with DX when the bands open. Another good reason to upgrade! You get a lot more coverage on all the bands when you upgrade to general class. Good luck de W2CSI

you use to talk too far from the mike!! it is a dynamic, even if it may be amplified, but it should be used closer for its nature. Infact you have to scream to talk to the radio
