Nice video. I have the same ch550 cassette with a ch950 system. I tried to use the fast record tape to tape and now tape 2 does not work at all. I hear the motor then it clicks and...nothing. Maybe after such a long time the belts have died. Thanks

Thanks! Well.. you can check and replace the blets, that is not so much of a problem, I think. It seems like a one broken toothed wheel is harder to find and to replace, so hope your system has only the belts to be replaced. Have it on a proffessional service, or, if you are the DIY type... try and fix it (take all security measures while doing that).

@@arminfatol Hi there Armin sorry for not replying sooner. It seems that broken teeth on the gears are a common problem with ch 515/550/950. I have looked for videos on here to help me repolace belts and maybe gears but no luck. Do you have a repair video for the cassette deck? Thanks in advance.

@@chylogurti Hi, I don't have a repair video for this, but it came to me that it is fixable by replacing the broke wheel, with one made on CNC machines. You could find a machine like this asking your friends, or searching online for someone in your town who has one, and for some money, they will do a new wheel, perfect for your audio system.

Hi, I am not sure about the CH-515 compatibility. But as far as I remember, this one has not all its parts separate, but it is splitted onto 2 pieces: the cassette decks and the CD player is one part, and the tunner and the amplifier the other part. You can choose which part is on top, and you also can set them side by side if you like.
