large heat-sink and ei transformer 200va? maybe , but rather small filter caps. Components on pcp roughly installed, very typical parts and construction, one large hybrid power amp ic.

The capacitors are OK,I think they are 10000 uF. The amplifier is OK for home use, and about the integrated IC output, Technics uses them more than 30 years(i don't know why are you omplaining).

@SaleBosk you don't know what are you talking about,Technics uses SVI series output IC(it is their production from Matsushita electronics), STK is Sanyo and maybe Hitachi produced and they are totally different. And you are wrong they don't sound bad, they are OK.
