ABC analysis on the bases of total value of item and number of quantity of item FSN analysis = it classified on the bases of usage of turnover Fast moving; is required regularly review of material bcz that material used in daily basis .. Slow moving; it is required periodically review... Non moving; like disposal HML analysis; it's classified on the basis of per unit of cost VED analysis; it is classified on the basis of critical, which is vital material to production function is required frequently review of material as well as essential material is reviewed at periodicaly and Desireable material is not mandatory bcz production function does not stop from that material.. Eventually i biggest thanks mam and this video is very informative to me once more thanks...

Thanks Maam. In ABC analysis classification is done on the basis of value (economic importance) of the good. Higher value denotes Category A, requiring frequent reviews & tighter controls. And less for "B". Lesser for "C"
