Why do you think it is progressive house? It sounds techno to me. As an endorsement, check "Florida 135 Vol. 3 - Grand National" in discogs, by Tony Verdi. It's the album in which this song appeared.

@@LosVaught Ah, Florida! For the Americans all electronic music is 'techno'! For all other people, there is progressive house, tech house, minimal, etc! It is progressive house tho!
