3:14 Just a tip, never touch the playing song like you did because you can hear the sort of "glide", use the other song to adjust the one playing! On headphones it doesn't sound like much but on loud speaker it will sound weird and even drunk people will notice it ahah Very good set all around, like other people said : don't rush! take your time and enjoy!

Bit hard when you have 2 songs playing already, make your small adjustments to indeed the other second song before you pitch up the volume. Like ndstrs told you great set and indeed dont rush it let people love the song and vibe to it.

@@nemanjamitrovic9343 Its been a very sturdy and consistent mixer, it always gets the job done especially at the price point! The software it comes with is very easy to use though if you have a mac, you will need a USB c to USB port. The mixing is smooth, the scratching i need to practice more lol but its a great mixer if you are a great dj, amazing starter mixer.

@@coastedd Thanks for the quick reply! I've been using Mixxx on pc and i think it's time to start lookin at DDJ 400, seem like the best option in that price range. It's using Rekordbox? How would you rate it since i see some things are a bit different, would it be a smooth transition(pun intended) to it?

The ddj-400 does only have 2 tracks you are able to mix but on the software you are able to add more, I don't know if you can actually have more than 2 and switch the decks I would have to do more research but by looking at the Mixxx software images, they do seem similar to rekorbox's software.

Great skill, I'm contemplating getting a DDJ400 as well, I'd love to mix techno. My only feedback is that it sounds like you are mixing all the intro's of songs, almost as if the entire set is constantly building up to something. But this is obviously an old video so I will check out your more recent ones :)

Just my opinion, you mix in way too fast, take your time and pick out tracks that compliment each other. And let them! Also at 3:16, never adjust the playing track bro, never ever do that. That's a no go. Keep up the good work!

But you can better buy your tracks or make some for private use so that you can practice ;) after u can always buy your license when u want to publish. Goodluck!

i know i’m not the video creator but i see there is no comment reply. i have an apple mac with the adapter dongle (as the one i bought had no USB ports) hooked up to a audio interface (scarlett solo) which has two quarter inch jacks plugged in which ‘lead’ into the yamaha HS5’s through the balance port of XLR. Hope that helped and was not confusing

Don't hurry man ! And try to get more creative in your transition, because you do exactly what big techno dj do, try to put more of your in your sets, use a bit less effects. And really take your time to make transitions, also try to mix another style of electronic music to try some new transition etc ... :)

Szia! Én mindig úgy szoktam, hogy először is eldöntöm hogy milyen műfajban szeretnék mixet készíteni. Ez után ha megvan hogy pl techno mixet szeretnék csinálni, ki gyűjtöm (először) az általam ismert zenéket az adott műfajból amiket mindenképp bele szeretnèk tenni a mixbe. Ezek után ha nincs elég általam ismert zene amiből ezt meg lehetne valósítani (vagy épp nem mixelhetőek jól a zenék), akkor a KZbin-on keresgélek és ha találok valamit ami megtetszik akkor azt bele rakom a gyűjteménybe, így előbb utóbb össze jön a tracklistem egy adott mixhez. Ezt kicsit bonyolultan írtam le, de remélem tudtam segíteni!😊 Zenéket keresni tudsz KZbin-on, SoundCloud-on, BeatPort-on stb.

Yes it is perfect for beginners🤟 the ddj200 is also absolutely good🔥 but since it is less expensive, it has less functionality too. For beginners, it's worth it!😊😉🔥
