well apart that I like music in a whole variety and I like Scooter as well as any other Hardstyle, Trance, Eurodance, Dubstep or Techno DJ/musician(s), I understand your predicament but I known Scooter since I was a kid and I liked them since then because obviously I listen to music that I like which makes me feel good, so that's just my opinion. Actually, they did not have permission. Around the time they released the track, there was an open letter from TBY to them, which perry much made clear that they simply stole it.

well either way, why isn't Scooter sued? Essentially they payed the copyright meaning that the original artists whom made the samples they took got their royalties payed back. I know it's about the music, but you can't really say that Scooter does it for the money, you don't know them personally so you can't really bring out opinionated complaints without even knowing them.

I didn't give my opinion on what I like, I stated a fact of the matter, so your argument is invalid :) and everyone knows that Scooter is a cover group bro, they made cover/remixes since they started, and they have the info in their albums, sites etc etc, if they didn't pay copyright they would of got sued and went bankrupt since their first album.

No Technoboy didnt steal it, he created af remix og the italian dance classic, Ti Sento, Scooter just took technoboys creaton and made it his own. Thats why scooters is a thief and technoboy isnt :)

Yeah, Scooter stole it, but it´s a bit pathetic to hate him for that and not Technoboy, since Technoboy stole it too. I see lots of people in the hardstyle scene hate on Scooter because of his shameless ripping - I do so aswel - but I think it's downright hypocrite when I see those same people praise Technoboy - he's not much better than Scooter really. He stole the chords of Ti Sento too, the melody in "Vita" is actually the melody from"Careless Whisper" by George Michael and so forth.
