I took a deeper look into your case and I was able to identify the main reason why this is happening to you. It's because the Technogym skill bike is not supported by Zwift. When this situation happens the members are able to transmit data to Zwift but aren't able to feel the resistance when riding. You can verify the supported trainers in this article. However, we recommend you pair your device once again by following the steps in the pairing your device article. So I decided to give zwift a go again and the resistance seems to be working now so when going up stepper and steeper hills need to drop gears.
