The producers (Technohead) are English. The gabbers you see in the clip "I wanna be hippy" are Dutch. Later on they(the gabbers) were know as The Party Animals, which is Dutch. That is all I know, it maybe incorrect.

Well, technically they weren't really The Party Animals, they were just dancers. The Party Animals are another psudonym for Flamman & Abraxas.

Yes, the people in the video are the same, but that's because of the influence the Dutch producers behind the Party Animals had on this music. They were in the I Wanna Be A Hippy video as well. I believe both these videos were remix versions from the Party Animals' producers Flamman & Abraxas (allthough I'm not entirely sure that this one is remixed by them, but why wouldn't it be if those guys are in the video) so that's why you see these Party Animals members. However, the people behind Technohead specifically and their original versions, as well as the album Headsex, are different. They were the British married couple Lee Newman and Michael Wells. Unfortunately, shortly after I Wanna Be A Hippy's remix version success in the Netherlands, Newman died because of cancer. Michael Wells went on for short while and made this track, which was the only other success under the name Technohead. After that period of time, he started other projects and stopped using the name Technohead. They were also known as Greater Than One.
