Really well done. Good examples, video presence and effective, very pleasant narration. An additional piece of information would be to show what Word does when the field in the spreadsheet has been left blank, as if if were optional. Two small points. ":" is a colon, not a semicolon. And the information was duplicated once, not twice. (Being duplicated twice would mean it appeared three times or four times [depending on the timing of the duplication].)

Wow - I was using 2013, but started 365 - but this is fantastic. I wonder - I used various outlook - for business I usually have my "company outlook" open in the browser. I wonder if there is a way to have it use another outlook without signing out and signing in a manner that changes the actually computer too much - nice if INSIDE WORD it has a sign into ???? Outlook (pull down).

In case the letters will be e-mailed, then why the need to input the address of the individual inside the letter. But not only in case of e-mailing letter, also via postoffice, many times I see letter without address inside the letter, only outside the envelope or label, maybe because of lack of space inside the letter or for other reason. However, if clear window envelope is used, then it's mandatory the address inside the letter to replace the printing envelope/labels.
