Thank you for this. This is my exact system but mine also has the body mic but I can't figure out how to connect it. My hand held works great but show me how to connect the body mic to this system please. Thanks.

Hi, could you tell me what the model number is for the Body Mic piece?
@elisabethkolling66975 күн бұрын
It's the same process as shown with the handheld mic (@ 5:39 onward). The only difference is that the lapel mic transmitter has buttons to access the menu instead of the rotary dial the handheld mike has.

Hey bro Can you connect/use 2 mics at a time? Just place then in different bank/channel right?
@TECHNOLOGYTIPS1012 ай бұрын
unfortunately for that you will need a dual channel receiver this will not support two independent microphones

Hello. What if you later switch ON all the wi-fi router and mobile phone signal, which it start interfering again?
@TECHNOLOGYTIPS1016 ай бұрын
You will need to increase the physical distance between the Mic receiver and the WiFi devices.

Hello sir! Can you do the video how to mute the microphone I have the problem how to muted it even I turned the mute on the microphone still have sound I don’t know how to fix it thank you
@TECHNOLOGYTIPS101 Жыл бұрын
That sounds like a hardware problem with the actual mute button. The mute switch needs to be replaced or the contacts cleaned.
@naplesdj76018 ай бұрын
On the lavalier transmitter - scroll through the menu. There is a setting that says "MUTE OFF" - switch to to A/F on . Your mute switch should now work.

Where do I set the gain for the mic? on the mic or on the receiver?

On the receiver, see page 6 of the manual here assets.sennheiser.com/global-downloads/file/693/EW300G3_529661_0109_US_INT.pdf

Sir thank you for your video. Why does my microphone drop out sometimes. Is it due to sensitivity levels, or distance? I have EW100 G4 and i always scan at every new venue or location.
@TECHNOLOGYTIPS101 Жыл бұрын
If the channel frequency is not too crowded with radio noise, then it has to be the distance. You can make it better by adding extended-range antennas like this one www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/227114-REG/Sennheiser_A1031_U_A1031U_Omnidirectional_UHF_Antenna.html

Try changing the location of the base unit, as it might be in a very high traffic radio signals.
@paulkelly45302 ай бұрын
Clear explanation but every venue will have different EMI issues. Multiple radio mics, guitar belt packs, Bluetooth, wifi and whatever so this is going to complicate things at each event. I once had someone else’s mic coming thru my system from a venue next door he was on the same frequency. I was going through his system too. When I finally sussed out what was happening I went next door with my mic and we both had a laugh and changed channels 😂

Why not use the sync function at the end
@TECHNOLOGYTIPS1015 ай бұрын
Good point, but that will not detect the existing radio traffic as good as you can find out visually and audibly yourself.
@elisabethkolling66975 күн бұрын
The sync funtion changes the receiver's frequency to match what the mic (transmitter) is already tuned to.

The sync funtion changes the receiver's frequency to match what the mic (transmitter) is already tuned to. If the mic frequency happens to be a clean one, you're good to go. But if it isn't, then the process in this video should be followed.
