Exactly, purchased mi10i 2 yrs back, apne aap rear camera kharab ho gya, motherboard change krne ke liye service center wale bol rhe hai jiski cost 12k hai, 22k ka phone soch ke liya tha ki lamba chalega, but without camera phone is waste. Mi 10i mein ye wali problem 70 percent aa rahi hai jiska koi solution hai hi nahi. Kindly aap is phone pe bhi 1 video bnayee Or koi solution ho to pls vo bhi bataye. Bahut logo ko help milegi isse.

I want to share a recent case "My friend's s22 ultra suffering from a green line issue which came after a software update, when we visited the service center he didn't check the phone in front of us and took it to the workshop after 10 min they came with a dent which was not before there (we have checked that device with no dent in the home before going to the service center) now they are asking money to repair it which cost's around 21k ..! When we complained to the Samsung helpline they only blame us for this, this level of scam is going on from such a reputed brand 'SAMSUNG', I have s23 ultra, stopped all the updates...DO NOT update the device after the release, research carefully and then update if needed " So this is the pure fault of the brand, and we are only suffering after paying such a premium price..!

The downgrade you speak of in windows, are mostly driver updates, which can be reverted without causing issues. Fundamentally, you cant downgrade from a major update backwards, as the config files, APIs and other technologies are written to have compability with previous config files and settings, but not vice versa.

Three years normal use internal components warranty, except battery, is very necessary to curb service centre misbehave. For screen problems not related to abuse, company should be providing warranty as led screen sometimes cost about 40~50% of a new phone in service centre. Great initiative by you..👍🏽 Edit: I faced motherboard dead problem with poco x3 pro with barely 13-14 months of use. I had to buy new phone because repairing was hellishly costly. As soon as it is out of warranty, they don’t even care.

My experience With My VIVO X60 After 1 year my vivo phone got this green line on screen. I went to the service centre they charged me 8k for screen replacement but the sad part is after screen replacement my on screen fingerprint was not working and they were asking for 5k extra to fix it . These brands seem more focused on profiting from customers' hard-earned money rather than delivering quality. Just changed volume and power button. I hope I can still manage 3 years more with it. Battery goes upto 7hrs on full charge on continue usage

I'm using Nokia 7.2 from 2019 Oct (currently using it as a secondary device) I have never faced any such issue. Now I'm using Nokia G42, it's good but the only downside is the camera. Nokia (HMD) is really focused on quality. I agree the price is on the higher side, but quality is better compared to other brands.

9:11 Bhai no one wants to be coming home from a hectic day at work/colg/school and have to go on social media to fin out if their phone is going to die after an update. Best course of action would be a class action lawsuit against these companies. People already have tones of stuff to worry about than to worry about a software update.

फोन लॉन्च के समय अच्छी सेटिंग अच्छे ऑप्शन भी मिलता है कुछ दिन के बाद उसको अपडेट देखकर सेटिंग और ऑप्शन को हटा दिया जाता है ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए नए ऑप्शन आए नए सेटिंग आए और पहले से जो सेटिंग ऑप्शन दिया है वह भी रहना चाहिए

Phones me issues hote he but aaj tak ka sabse kharab experience me realme ke sath face kar raha hu. Mene kuch dino pahile ek realme ka phone order kiya tha aur vo defective (screen bend) tha mene iske regarding service center bhi visit kiya aur customer care se bhi bat ki to unhone bataya ki agar apka phone defective he to ye apka problem he agar isme koi software problem hoti thi to ham isse repare kar sakte the but agar ye defective he to aap ko ye phone accept krna hoga aur isme realme aapke liye kuch nahi kar sakta. Mene 5,6,7 day after purches realme ke service center ke chakar lagaye to vo bolte the ki kal aao kal dekhege but jab me jab aaj 8 day gaya to vo bole ki aapke 7 day replacement khatam ho chuka he to fir aap is mobile ko leke ghr jao isme ham aapko replacement nahi dege. Ab me kya karu realme wale to sab khrab phones bechte he va mane ko bhi ready nahi ki vo defective piece bana sakte he aur thik se bat karne ko bhi ready nahi he vo log

People buy phones like clothes nowadays that is the real reason companies are making too many products to keep up with the market, due to this they aren't able to keep up with the old products so that they can focus on new product users, that's why we are getting faulty products, if they focus on fewer products they can maintain the quality issues, the main problem with these companies is "FEAR" of lacking the pace in the market thats why they think they have to continuously make newer products. aaaand its causing all the problems

I have a xiomi mi 11x . After hyper os update my phone was lagging, randomly stopping to response. Then just a lock and unlock later the problem was getting solved. 2 days ago suddenly the display showed some white purple and blue webbing line for a few moments. Then the phone just " died"... My device is out of warranty. I have a tiny crack on the back glass (for about 2 years now). I'm 100% sure they will tell me it's my fault if I approach cervice centre.
