The only thing that u messed up was Restart and Shutdown. Shutdown actually turns off power from all components, whereas Restart will selectively turn off power from a few components while other remaing powered on. Thats why we sometimes call them Hot Boot and Cold Boot...

Bro what is the difference between the temporary folder which gets opened when we press "windows key" plus "R key", and the folder which opens through the process which you mentioned, coz both folders were labelled as temp but both had different files in them.
