It's Synchronous counter so u have already designed it using state table so no extra gate required in case of Asynchronous counter NAND gate required to reset the all flip flops

Method will be same Counting range 0 to 59 No. Of flip flop required to design 6 60, 61,62 & 63 as Don't care
